The coolest new application of technology to healthcare is RFID. There already are RFID tags that store entire patient medical histories and the biometric passports (which happen to use RFID) may in the future store a persons medical data as well.
Anyway, this is an excellent list that you can shove up to the medical people, especially some enterpreneur. The first four are definitely doable within no time. If anyones interested, give me a shout
